TERMS OF SERVICE.
-all payments must be completed through paypal/etsy payments before starting any commission work or sending any premades out. no exceptions.
-i'm not responsible for shipping problems, including delays and damages. however, if significant shipping damage does occur, please send me a message and i will help to the best of my ability.
-i have cats, and eventually dogs in the house too. please do not buy from me if you are allergic, i can't guarantee no reactions. there is also cannabis smoke in the house (no tobacco). i try to keep these allergens away from my projects, but i am not responsible for problems that occur because of this.
-i am willing to work with minors 16+. ALL fursuit commissioners regardless of item commissioned MUST provide an id AND use a bank account and billing address using the SAME NAME printed on the id you provided. i WILL NOT work with parents or parent's cards/bank accounts.
-i do not work with most deadlines, but if you need your suit by a certain date, contact me to get a quote for a rush order! extra fees will apply.
-ALL CUSTOM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. this is the main way i make money, and therefore cannot deal with backouts, so PLEASE BE SURE you have the funds and are in the position to commission me. BACKOUTS WILL RESULT IN BLACKLIST!
-all premades require non-refundable 50% down.
-payment plans are to be discussed privately, but in all cases 50% down is required.
-shipping is additional to prices. i ship worldwide from the us, please shoot me a pm for international rates!
-i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
-i do not take commissions for yiff/sexual use. clients who use suits they commission from me for sexual use will be blacklisted from all studio activities.
